Any Non Scale Victories?
So many. Fitting in clothes that I love. Going shopping with my daughter and actually able to pick up things I like. I’ve started running and weightlifting which I couldn’t do before because of my knees.

Take photos. I wish I had some from the start.
Post on the Facebook group for support because the well done comments will give you a big boost.
