Think of it as your simple, no-fuss starting point for weight loss. No complicated plans, no shakes, no sins, no points — just real, basic steps that work. When I first started my journey, I was completely overwhelmed by the amount of information out there. Every diet seemed to pull you in a different direction. Flexibility & mindset: How to stay on track while still enjoying life.
It’s not about perfection, it’s about simplicity. You’ll learn as we go, and you’ll also hear from others who have smashed their own journeys, sharing their advice and real-life top tips.
When I first started, there weren’t many people like me showing what it’s like to go from being truly overweight to healthy. Most of the fitness world was already full of gym bunnies who were already there — I felt like I was fumbling around in the dark. That’s why I believe this guide is so needed. It’s created for real people, starting exactly where I was.
